Dragonriders of Pern is a fictional story, right?

Wrong. What if I were to tell you that in fact Pern was a real place. A place where dragons fly against Thread, whers protect their homes at night and firelizards fill the skies with their antics?

Sounds incredible right? Well I recently bore witness to a dragon from Pern. It was incredible and she was not alone. This is where you come in, the dragon's have come to Earth to save our planet. They say that when they shifted the Red Star, it was thrown not only out of orbit but out of their star system entirely. It is on it's way here, we need people to come and help make the dragon's and their kin feel welcome here on Earth.

We need people to come and join the ranks of those dragons that have come to save us all. They did this because they are still bound by ancient duty. Besides, on their Pern, Thread is no longer a threat, so they are free to assist this planet.
