Now The trip to forks was pointless in some respect as the Cullen's had not broken any rules, so in theory, Jane had no reason to be there. But it was under the orders of Aro so she would never refuse to go even if she feels like it was a total waste of time. Then again Aro was ruling one of biggest covens in the world; so, every now and then he could have a lapse in Judgment. But Jane's thoughts where always hidden she only let people know what she wanted them to know.

Jane had been back in Volterra for a couple of hours she had decided to take a detour to visit some friends who she had met well she was in Port Angeles. Of course, they are allied to the Volturi or she would have nothing to do with them if they were not. Aro allowed her to have time to herself but she felt at home among the manor walls and her brother Alec was always around doing this and that. And with Aro in his study and others leaders doing their own thing; the twins were left to keep an eye on things

Now, she was standing beside Aro’s throne, this time of the night barely anyone was around in the throne room. There were guards who were guarding the entrances but it was the graveyard shift. Jane was watching over things well Aro and others were behind closed doors; It made a change from during the day when the throne room is buzzing with activity. But Jane could handle things as no one ever came to the manor at this time unless they had a pretty good reason to disturb the Guards downtime so to speak.

She sighed as she stood looking around, vampires never needed to sleep so they always had to find ways to amuse themselves; and Jane well when she was not harming others she could be heard humming a song that her mother use to hum to her and her twin Alec. She never thought about her mother or father, but she did recall some things about her and that song was one of the things she had never let go off. She couldn't help but wonder what Alec was doing, no doubt training in the training room.

Alec looked down at the human before him apathetically. The creature had been unlucky enough to be in the vampire's path while Alec was traveling through the European continent. The vampire was visiting other covens that were allied with the Volturi and reinforcing said alliances when necessary.  Boredom evident on his face, Alec cut off the senses of the human on the ground and drained him dry. Then he destroyed the body. Lone backpackers went missing all the time so what was one more? Admittedly, quite a few of those unsolved missing person cases were vampire victims. Having removed all signs of evidence, he resumed his journey to Voltura. He'd planned his trip to fall within the timeline of his twin's excursion to the Americas to check on the Cullen clan.

His lip curled at the thought of those vegetarians who allied themselves with Children of the Moon. Speeding across the landscape, seeing as he enjoyed the freedom of movement, he forced his thoughts away from the traitorous vampires. Hopefully, such disgraceful beings would be dealt with in due time. Without Aro's orders, though, the vampire would not act. Upon arriving in Voltura, Alec retired to his room briefly to change from his traveling clothes. Current fashion was rather appealing to his personal tastes, reflected by the black leather jacket he pulled on over his shirt.

With a glance at the nearest calendar, he concluded that Jane would more than likely have returned by now, given the dark sky above the city. He had misjudged the time by a short amount but nothing problematic. Aro hadn't given him a concrete time in which to complete his task. Alliances were delicate to handle, after all. Alec pushed open the doors of the throne room, having heard his twin humming. He was quiet in his approach but he knew that she knew he was there. It took him a moment before he placed the origin of the song in his memories. It was one of the few he had of their mortal parents.

"Good evening. Enjoy your trip?" He gave his twin a slight smirk as he poked fun at her. Neither of them liked the Cullens, whihc was putting it lightly.

Alec and Jane where the Volturi's strongest weapons. The twins may not be able to fight as good as the other guards could, but with their powers, they never needed to fight as anyone who got close would be in the range of both Jane and Alec's Gifts. Granted Jane requires more protection than her twin as she can only affect one person; so when she uses it leaves her open to attack from others.

Seeing Alec always cheered her up no matter how bad she felt, something about her brother made her feel secure and he was the only one besides Aro who could calm Jane down when she got angry. all it would take is one hand on her shoulder and she would become less prone to taking actions that she might have done if she was Left to her own devices. Aro could calm her down but not like her twin could.

She smiled as she could sense her brothers return, she did not need to even see him to know that he was close as the bond they share was to strong for any of the twins not to notice each other. She felt as if her trip to Cullen clan was pointless she could have spent that time finding people to hurt. "Good evening. Enjoy your trip?"  She looked him with an unamused look on her facial expression said it all.

No The Cullen's are following the rules, it seems that they don't want to anger Master, But at the same time i still think there hiding something from  us. But not much we can do; Edward was as rude as he always is. but he was just protecting his family as i protect you. So cant fault him for how he feels towards me" She would never forget what Edward had said to her and one day she will find a way to get back at him for it.

Alec smirked slightly at his sister. He knew his humor could often be dry. And sarcastic. His twin's reactions to said humor were amusing to him.

"No The Cullen's are following the rules, it seems that they don't want to anger Master, But at the same time i still think there hiding something from us. But not much we can do; Edward was as rude as he always is. but he was just protecting his family as I protect you. So I cant fault him for how he feels towards me."

Alec was well-practiced in maintaining an apathetic facial expression, despite whatever he might feel. It was something he suspected was related to his gift because he was never able to hold a straight face until Aro turned him. As it was, Alec merely eyed his sister briefly before shifting his gaze across the other guards present. The guard did not like the apparent leaders of the Cullen coven. It had appeared that Carlisle was the coven head but lately, Edward Cullen was stepping more into that role once the human Bella was turned and had joined the Cullen coven.

"Have you already gone to see Master or are you waiting for the dawn meeting to present your findings as well?" His gaze came back to his sister's more expressive face. "And what did the Cullen brat say this time?"

He really did not like Edward Cullen. In Alec's eyes, he was nothing but a child, a spoiled and coddled child.

"Have you already gone to see Master or are you waiting for the dawn meeting to present your findings as well?"  " Master is not present he has not been for a couple of days, that is why i am here and not out and about doing guard duties. i believe Caius is holding down the fort brother." Jane respected the other leaders and would  follow there orders as she would Aro's, but he was defector ruler of the Volturi

Now in Janes' eyes, the world would be better off without the Cullen's in it, but she won't ever have her wish granted. hell, she still wanted to kill Stefan for having the nerve to stand on the side of the Cullen's. But they were both weak and so proposed no threat to the Volturi, but even the Volturi had enemies and if they all sided with Cullen's then Jane might have someone to use her powers on as she can't touch Bella.

And what did the Cullen brat say this time?" He was afraid that i would hurt his family, and as much i wanted to i wont risk making Master mad. he says i am not aloud to touch them; but mark my words one day she will die and i just hope i am there to see the last spark of her life leave her body. then maybe Master could turn his eye to the those who still wish to oppose us.

Alec let his eyes drift through the chamber. There were only a handful at this time, given that none of the coven heads were present. None of them were ones he was on speaking terms with, but that wasn't uncommon for him. Being known as Oblivion did not make him many friends. Admirers, though, were plenty. It wasn't a name he had chosen for himself. Instead, it was given to him by others who had witnessed his powers. It had been spread through their allies before it had reached his own ears and by that point, there was no changing it.

Master is not present he has not been for a couple of days, that is why I am here and not out and about doing guard duties. I believe Caius is holding down the fort brother."Jane replied.

"Ah." He didn't mind Caius. While he wasn't as open-minded as Aro could be, he was more than willing to promote violence. Something that Alec definitely supported. It was Marcus that was his least preferred of the three leaders. Yes, he appreciated the prowess of handling people. However, the depression their leader had sunk in to had the twin concerned to a point. As Aro had not addressed the matter, though, Alec would not comment on it.

He turned his thoughts back to his sister as she started about the Cullen brat.

"He was afraid that I would hurt his family, and as much I wanted to I wont risk making Master mad. He says I am not allowed to touch them; but mark my words one day she will die and I just hope I am there to see the last spark of her life leave her body. then maybe Master could turn his eye to the those who still wish to oppose us."

He moved to stand on the other side of Aro's throne so that it was flanked by them both. While unnecessary without Aro's presence, it was a habit of his.

"I am sure that our master would not deny either of us the joy and honor of the deaths of her and her mate Edward, sister dear. There must be a larger goal that he sees but has not revealed. The Cullens will get what is coming to them."
