Hello, Hello and Happy Thursday!
How are we all today? Welcome to the #2 Newsletter from Sunrise to Sunset! Very exciting times lie ahead – including an admin meeting in the next couple of weeks to discuss new additions and ideas for the site! *eek!*
If you have any ideas or anything you’d like to bring up with the admin for our meeting, please PM us so we can be sure it is discussed, we’re open to suggestions! If you’re struggling with anything, or having any issues also, please let us know so that we can figure out a solution for you!
Now, we have a couple of things to address to ALL members that we cannot stress the importance enough on!
1. ACTIVITY;
This has dropped considerably over the past couple of weeks. Both Jen and I are completely understanding that life gets in the way – I am also a culprit to getting distracted by life sometimes – but can we please urge everyone to log on at least once a day, even just to say hi, just so we know you’re around!
2. THREADS
Again, I hate to dictate this and I don’t want it to be seen as that – but replies to threads are starting to drop in pace. I know that sometimes a muse doesn’t kick in, that’s fine…but we have people waiting 2/3 weeks for a reply and it’s starting to impact any kind of developments in plots happening. Please can we try to make sure we reply to threads at least once a week minimum to keep everyone happy and moving along.
3. CBOX
Lastly the CBOX – this is a place for everyone to hang out, talk nonsense and just unwind a bit. Jen and I have been considering a ‘In Character’ CBOX for everyone – we will put a poll up for yay or nays on this shortly, but otherwise please keep the CBOX light and friendly for everyone. We do have the ADMIN CHAT which is a separate private chat for anyone who has questions, concerns, etc…not to mention you can always PM either myself (Bella) or Jen (Edward) at any time.
I hate putting a downer on things, but to keep the site an active, successful and friendly place for EVERYONE these three points are the best way forward! ^_^
